Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
Launchly is operated by Camilla Tura, trading as Launchly (“Launchly”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms are an agreement between you and Camilla Tura. They govern your access to and use of Launchly, an AI website builder for small businesses, and by creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Launchly provides a tool that helps you create, edit, publish and manage a website using artificial intelligence and simple editing tools. The service is provided through launchly.page and Launchly subdomains.
Features and limits depend on the plan you subscribe to. Descriptions of plans and limits on our pricing page form part of these terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Launchly. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information about yourself and your business, and you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to subscribe to a paid plan.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images and other materials you upload or enter into Launchly ("your content"). You grant Launchly the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content in order to operate the service — for example, to generate your website and serve it to your visitors.
You are responsible for your content and for the website you publish. You confirm you have the rights to use the materials you upload and that publishing them does not break any law or third-party right.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Launchly to:
- publish illegal, fraudulent, misleading, hateful or harassing content;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- distribute malware, phishing pages or spam;
- attempt to access other users' accounts, data or websites;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without written permission.
5. AI-generated content
Launchly uses AI to draft design, copy and structure for your website based on the information you provide. AI output may contain errors or generic wording. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish. Launchly does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Payments, invoicing and card handling are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.
7. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means your purchase contract for a paid plan is with Paddle.com, and Paddle handles the order process, invoicing, tax, customer service inquiries and returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also described in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Nothing in this section limits your rights under these terms or under our Refund Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Launchly available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance and issues beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We may add, change or remove features over time; where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.
9. Ending the service
You may stop using Launchly and cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and your website data stays in your account.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Launchly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Launchly in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continuing to use Launchly after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
