Refund Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy explains how cancellations, renewals and refunds work for Launchly subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which also handles any refunds that are issued.

1. Subscriptions renew automatically

Paid plans (Starter, Growth and Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Yearly plans are billed once every twelve months.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged again. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.

Cancelling does not delete your website. Your website, content and images stay in your account, and you can upgrade again whenever you like.

3. Refunds

Launchly generally does not provide refunds once a subscription billing period has started, because access to the service begins immediately and is provided for the full period you pay for. Cancelling stops all future charges; it does not by itself refund the current period. This does not exclude or limit any refund or withdrawal right you have under applicable law, and does not affect a refund that is available under Paddle's refund policy.

If you believe a charge was made in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us at hello@launchly.app within 30 days of the charge. We will review it and, where a charge was genuinely made in error, refund it.

Any approved refund is issued by Paddle to the original payment method. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net. Refund processing times depend on your bank or card provider and typically take 5–10 business days after a refund is issued.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date; you keep your current plan's features until then.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including rights of withdrawal that may apply to consumers in the EU or UK.

6. Questions

For questions about a charge, your subscription or a refund, contact us at hello@launchly.app with the email address on your account and, if possible, the date and amount of the charge.
